About Imported Mart Stencils
Imported Mart Stencils (imartdecor.com) is a stencil manufacturer based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Since 2006, we have designed and precision-cut reusable mylar stencils for Islamic and Arabic calligraphy, mandala art, wall decoration, furniture makeovers, fabric printing and carpet-pattern painting, and shipped them to customers across Pakistan and worldwide. We are not a reseller: every stencil is designed, verified and cut in our own workshop.
Why we started making stencils
Beautiful Islamic calligraphy has always been part of homes in Pakistan and across the Muslim world, but hand-painted calligraphy requires years of training and professional artists are expensive. We started Imported Mart Stencils to solve that: a precision-cut stencil lets anyone, with no art training, paint accurate Quranic calligraphy, a mandala, or a designer wall pattern using nothing more than tape, a sponge and acrylic paint.
What began as a small shop at Naaz Cinema Stop on Murree Road, Rawalpindi has grown into a full design-and-manufacturing workshop. In 2006 we became the first company in Pakistan to produce a wall-scale Kiswa (Kaaba door) stencil, so families can hand-paint the Ghilaf-e-Kaaba calligraphy in their own homes.
How an imartdecor stencil is made
- Design. Our in-house designers draw each pattern digitally, or set the calligraphy from authentic script references. Bridges (the small connectors that hold letter centres in place) are added by hand so the painted result looks natural.
- Verification. Every Quranic verse and Arabic phrase is checked letter-by-letter against the original text by [NAME / QUALIFICATION] before it is approved. No religious design is released until spelling, diacritics and letter forms are confirmed correct. This is what we mean by 100% accurate calligraphy.
- Cutting. Approved designs are precision-cut from durable plastic mylar film , the industry-standard stencil material: washable, tear-resistant and flexible.
- Quality check & packing. Each stencil is inspected for clean edges, then packed flat between card sheets (small sizes) or rolled in a postal tube (wall sizes) and dispatched with tracking.
