Delivery in Pakistan

Delivery charge: Rs 220 per order. Free delivery on orders of Rs 5,000 or more.
Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan.
Dispatch: orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) are dispatched within the next 2 working days by registered courier. Orders placed after 12:00 noon are dispatched within the next 3 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan's national holidays are processed and dispatched within the next 3 working days.
Delivery time: usually about 3 working days after dispatch (no delivery on Sundays). During busy seasons and our sale events, delivery can take up to 7 working days.
Every order is sent with a tracking number.
Orders above Rs 10,000 need advance payment. We will contact you after you order with payment details (bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash/Mobicash).

International orders need full advance payment, including delivery charges.
Processing time: 3 to 7 working days.
Delivery time: 15 to 25 working days, depending on the import process of the destination country.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If a charge needs confirming, we will contact you by email, WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.
We usually send international parcels as a gift, but any customs duty or import tax charged by the destination country is paid by the buyer. We are not responsible for these charges.
