Shipping policy

• We charge Rs.100 to 300 depending upon the package value and weight ( Valid fofgdr Pakistan)
• Shipping is free for Order value above Rs 5000 .
• Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped within next 2 working days via Registered Courier Service.
• Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched within next 3 working days.
• Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped within next 3 working days.
• Delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). Usually delivery takes almost 3 working days after the dispatch, However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
• Sipping may delay Due to COVID-19 condition and Laws imposed by the government to avoid COVID-19.
• On orders above the value of Rs.10,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details ( Mobicash, Easypessa, Bank Transfer ) will be communicated then.

Shipping policy for International Orders

• Above all policies are applicable for Domestic orders.
• Order Processing time is between 3 to 7 working days . 
• Delivery time is between 15 to 25 working days depending upon the import policies of the arriving country, 
• We usually try to send parcels as gift internationally However we do not accept any liability if any kind of tax or custom is charged on parcel.
• We will need an advance payment for international orders including delivery charges.
• For International orders delivery charges will be confirmed by any communication options i.e Live Chat, Email, Phone Number
