Shipping rates and delivery times at a glance

Dispatch times for Pakistan orders

• Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) are shipped within the next 2 working days via registered courier service.
• Orders placed after 12:00 noon are dispatched within the next 3 working days.
• Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan national holidays are processed and shipped within the next 3 working days.
• Delivery usually takes about 3 working days after dispatch, but can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping seasons and our mega sale events. There is no delivery on Sundays.
• Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, courier disruptions or government restrictions. We will keep you informed if your order is affected.

Payment and advance-payment rules

Most orders inside Pakistan can be paid by cash on delivery. For the order types below, we require an advance payment. After you place the order, our team contacts you to confirm it and shares the account details for payment by JazzCash (Mobicash), Easypaisa or bank transfer:

• Orders with a total value above Rs. 5,000
• Orders containing any stencil larger than 24 inches
• Orders of more than 10 stencils
• All international orders, including the delivery charges

Why advance payment? Large and custom-size stencils are cut specifically for your order, so confirmation by payment protects both sides.

International orders (worldwide shipping)

• We ship worldwide from our workshop in Rawalpindi, Pakistan - including the USA, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Australia and Europe.
• Processing time: 3-7 working days before dispatch (custom and large sizes are cut to order).
• Delivery time: 15-25 working days after dispatch, depending on the import procedures of the destination country.
• Shipping cost: confirmed individually for your country before you pay - message us by WhatsApp, live chat, email or phone and we will quote the exact delivery charge.
• Payment: all international orders are paid in advance, including delivery charges.
• The dispatch cut-off rules listed above for Pakistan orders also apply to international orders.

Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)

• Stencils are lightweight, low-value craft goods, and many parcels arrive without any extra charges.
• However, any customs duty, import tax or VAT applied by the destination country is set by that country's government, is the buyer's responsibility, and is not included in our prices or delivery charges.
• We accept no liability for customs or tax charges applied to a parcel after it leaves Pakistan, or for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking your order

Every parcel, domestic and international, ships by registered courier with a tracking number. We send it to you as soon as the order is dispatched, and we can also share it on WhatsApp (+92 301 468 5007) on request, so you can follow the parcel door-to-door.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days (Pakistan) or your international parcel exceeds the 25-working-day window, or your stencil arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos. We will chase the courier and replace or refund any order confirmed lost or damaged in transit, under our Returns & Exchanges policy.
